Do you know what is common in Bollywood, You guessed it right it’s our stars nakhras. But according tour own superstar and hugely respected Amitabh Bachchan, the acting profession has no ego hassles. The 72-year-old superstar wrote on his official blog his views after ‘Shamitabh’ promotions which took place recently . The film is about two men, who have a common purpose, but move away from each other following their ego clashes.
“No… our profession does allow us to set conditions for ego. I can say this thing about myself, I do not know about others. I simply don’t understand the concept of ego – own importance, I don’t have any importance. Really, I mean it.
“I am an ordinary human being like other citizens, simply pursuing my career to earn my livelihood, ego has no value in my life, he wrote on his blog. Big B is known for his amazing performances in movies like ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Shakti’ and “Cheeni Kum” for which he got rave reviews and respect from the critics as well as from his loyal fans. He also mentioned, he is still evolving himself as an actor, although he has completed 40 years in the entertainment industry.
“He further adds he just hates this word called EGO. I still learn from my directors how to emote and perform…and how to deliver my lines after listening to me how I rehearse a million times…Where is the time for EGO”. Noooooo… I don’t have one, I am still in the process of learning says he.
Right now, the superstar is all set for R. Balki’s movie ‘Shamitabh’ which features southern superstar Dhanush in a pivotal role which also features debutante actress Akshara Haasan daughter of Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan.
